These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Docket Cloud, a hosted, multi-tenant task and document workspace accessible over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and a web dashboard (the "Service"), operated by Tucats LLC ("Tucats LLC", "we", "us"). By creating a workspace or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Docket Cloud provisions each customer an isolated workspace (database and subdomain) for storing tasks, documents, and related content, reachable both from AI assistants you connect via the Model Context Protocol and from a web dashboard. Docket Cloud is a separate hosted product with Free and paid plans from Docket CE (a free, self-hosted, single-user alternative) -- these Terms apply only to Docket Cloud.
You must provide accurate information when creating a workspace and protect your sign-in codes, sessions, and any legacy API keys. Only connect AI assistants you authorize to access your workspace within their granted permissions. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including actions taken by AI assistants you've authorized.
Docket Cloud offers a no-card Free plan and auto-renewing Team and Business subscriptions, billed monthly or annually through Stripe. The pricing page and workspace show the applicable prices and limits. Existing founder subscriptions retain their agreed rate. Upgrades may include a prorated charge shown for confirmation; supported downgrades and billing-interval changes take effect at the billing-period boundary. We may change our pricing or plans with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time -- from the dashboard's Billing page, or by contacting us. On the current Free/Team/Business platform, cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period. Your workspace then returns to Free, with its limits, while existing content remains available to read and export. Cancellation does not delete your account. We do not refund unused time except under the guarantee below.
14-day money-back guarantee: request a guarantee refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment on a workspace to receive that first payment back in full. This is separate from ordinary period-end cancellation: a guarantee claim cancels the paid subscription immediately and returns the workspace to Free. Review and request it from the Billing page, or contact us at support@tucats.us. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to subsequent renewal payments. Plan or interval changes do not restart the guarantee window. Refunds can take time to process; the Billing page distinguishes a submitted refund from a completed refund.

You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, to attempt to access another tenant's workspace or bypass its isolation, or to interfere with the Service's operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you store in your workspace (tasks, notes, documents, and similar material). You grant Tucats LLC a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Docket Cloud is currently offered as a public beta. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate a subscription as described above. We may also suspend or terminate a workspace for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or extended inactivity, with notice to the email on file where practical.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted here.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
